By working with Di & Hannah on “Creating…. Space™” we have been able to step back, objectively review our service and significantly reduce patient waiting times by 50%.
With their first class facilitation , we were able to decide as a team what our priorities were as a service, and what we could impact on.
We acknowledged our strengths & looked at the issues in providing the service we delivered, and what barriers we may have in delivering the service we wanted.
We identified what we wanted to change and decided to focus predominantly on our process and clinic appointments. With their help, we worked through what was important to us as a team and for our patients attending the service.
We have, by reviewing the process and communication of this been able to offer a more equitable service, have been able to streamline our clinics to be more proactive in patient reviews and communicate clearly so that the patient and the team member know where they are within the pathway.
We have looked at the triage process and set up a guideline around why we are changing and how to protect the time we have.
The skills Di & Hannah bring to the sessions are priceless. A wealth of knowledge and ability to provide us with an environment to grow.
